Hello, I looked but couldn't find if anyone had posted the translation of Andrea's interview in Los40.com. Enjoy!

1. What is most important for you in life?
Friends, love, happiness...

2. Do you think as a soloist or as a member of The Corrs that you have made history in music?
We created a unique sound, peculiar, by mixing pop with Celtic music. I hope it remains in people's memories and that it keeps growing. And for myself and as with The Corrs I only hope that people feel less lonely listening to my songs.

3. What is the day-to-day of a person like you like?
I wake up soon enough, I go to walk for about an hour at the park, I have breakfast, I read some... I don't know, there isn't a typical day, they all change. Being a singer is never boring.

4. Hello Andrea! How do you feel having Bono as your producer? Does it require more responsibility from your part? Hugs. It is an honor for me that he believed in my songs, and for that reason I feel thankful. It is that responsibility that has made me do things better.

5. How would you define yourself in one word?
Student!

6. Hi Andrea! What is the thing that you miss more when you are not in Ireland?? thanks
The smell of the country, my family, my father...

7. Why do you sing barefoot in the majority of your concerts?
Because I feel more like a child than a great woman on stage.

8. Do you know of a petition that has been formulated to edit your old registered but never edited songs? Mystery Of You, More Than Ever Before... Are you for or against it, or is it something you and the band don't have any influence over?
No. Maybe if something was worked on it something could be done, but not for the mere fact that they are written. If there were a reason and they were well worked, they could be released, but not just for the sake of releasing them...

9. Do you take special care of your voice? I think it is incredible, with the number of years you have been singing, that you keep that innocent and sweet touch of always. I think you are wonderful.
I don't take the care of my voice the way I should. Thanks, I like singing like that.

10. Do you imagine yourself in a few years in a new band of musicians formed by your nieces and nephews? It would be great. They would be the New Corrs!! jejeje
Yes! I think so because they have singers inside, it's in their genes!!!!

11. Hello Andrea!! Next month I will be traveling to Ireland for the first time to get to know the country better and I would like your advice on the nicest places and locations where I could enjoy good live music. Thanks and good luck with your marvelous album!
There are wonderful places to listen to good music, but I would recommend that you go to: WHELANS, CRAWDADDY and Tripod. RI RA IS A GOOD BAR-NIGHTCLUB

12. We know your artistic facet (singer, actress), but if you weren't doing this, what would you like to have been? Kisses
I don't know, I would have liked to be a farmer, but it changes every day. Other days I would like to take care of children.

13. Hi Andrea. Was it difficult for you to make the decision to break with The Corrs' style that many were expecting?
It's not a break up, it's a rest. Working without them is a challenge.

14. Hi Andrea, in a world where there are so many female artists selling their bad girl image, how do you manage to find room with your good girl image?
I think it is important for your music to have direction, not for your image to be good or bad. I just like to be myself, and keep the mystery.

15. Hi Andrea, do you remember what is the first song you ever composed? And the first one you ever recorded? Did you want the record to sound pop-electronic-dance from the beginning or at some time did you want it to be more rock?
I do remember, the first one I composed was on the piano when I was a teenager, and that is the reason why no one has heard it!!! The first song I recorded in the studio was "The right time" in Dublin. I don't believe in labels for records, I have only tried to do the best for my songs.

16. Hi Andrea! The first thing is to congratulate you on the great record you have made! And second: songs today have, in general, lyrics that are pretty simple. How do you come up with such profound lyrics?
Thanks, first of all. I guess I have always written about what obsesses me or things that excite me, that is what makes me write songs: its feelings, emotions. I have found what obsesses me through writing. I have only wanted to say the truth.

17. When will there be more songs in "Irish"?
I need to learn more "Irish", if you mean the Irish language, but I love it.

18. Don't you get a little vertigo starting from zero again?
Yes, but I believe it is important in life to do things about which you are not totally sure, it's the only way to grow.

19. Do you think you still have things left to do?
Of course.

20. A short time ago you were #1 in the 40 principales with "When the stars go blue", how have you and your siblings taken the news that people are still supportive of you after such a long time of not making music?
Absolutely delighted, we never take anything for granted and this news always impress us.

21. Is it true that there is a song based on "Bodas de sangre" by Lorca? Kisses!
Yes, I wrote it after reading "Bodas de sangre". I love Borca, I adore him. "This is what it's all about."

22. Why did you leave the beautiful song "Amazing" unedited and didn't include it in the repertoire of the album?
Honestly it's not that I didn't want to include it in the album, it was left as a bonus track for Itunes, but I really like it.

23. What was the toughest thing about Ten Feet High?
Going solo without my family by my side.

24. What song from Ten Feet High is most emotional for you to interpret?
Ten Feet High. It is about the death of love and is a very personal song.
