and had the full set on it. I presume it was taken from a TV programe or some other source. It follows quite faithfully what you see on the DVD so may well have been the original footage which was cut back to suit the official DVD release. The problem is that I can't find the damn thing now although I've spent quite a bit of time looking - I rather fear I might have recorded over it at some time - it must be at least 8 years since I last looked at it.
