If anything, I think he tends to focus more on instrumentation and using live instruments as opposed to Pro-Tooling everything. I don't see why something that he (hypothetically) produces wouldn't get played on Radio 2 and stations of that ilk. I wouldn't read his supposed involvement as the band trying to relive their glory days. My take on it is that maybe they're looking for more of an "adult" sound as opposed to trying to cater to the Radio 1 audience. I seem to remember Caroline mentioning something about wanting to do an "acoustic" album at some point. It's possible that this is the type of album that she was referring to. If the production shines a light on the incredible musicians that the band members are, then that's a good thing, IMHO.

Of course... this all remains to be seen. smile.gif
