Thanks for trying out those drum parts so quickly! It's good to start with drums first.
Seeing as clarinet might be playing the violin parts (unless we get a violinist), I'll see if can record some parts from the different songs when I have studio time on Sunday, to see what it sounds like.
As for a project management, I think it would be easier than doing it on this board, so that we can get new notifications. (Unless I've missed something, I have to manually check this to see if there's been a new post).
We need a way to upload/download MP3s, and talk back and forth pretty easily.
For chatting back and forth, something like Slack would be good (although I think Slack deletes messages after a certain time). A facebook group would also be easy but is anyone here not on facebook?
But, we could always just keep the chatting here, and upload our tracks to a dropbox folder. Whoever's assembling the end track, I guess (which I'm happy to try, unless someone else is keen to experiment). I've got a big dropbox folder, but would have to add people by email address to upload files.
