Unfortunately, it's a worldwide problem and they're still looking for a good "solution" for this (if there is any), but I also blame the promotors, managements and ticket agencies for using "illegal sales" to their advantage. In the end, it's us, the (big) fans who get the short end of the stick.
I also applaud some artists who are trying to find a way to create a fair system.
For his concerts in the Amsterdam Arena in June, Ed Sheeran also sold tickets by ID (about 40.000 per concert), which you can't resell. I'm very curious how that will work out when the shows happen...it's gonna take quite some effort and time to check 40.000 ID's.
