Good luck with this, you are absolutely right, this issue is just a disgrace. Metallica's ticket in London were gone in minutes whereas my brother managed to grab us two without too much difficulty in Paris...later on you see in the newspapers what happened, some companies/individuals buying and reselling in bulk, what a poor business model really.
