With The Corrs, I generally actually quite enjoy their pop-rock numbers and their slick production (which to other people is over-production) and often more than their ballads, which often to me sound more generic.
Also, why is if that even though supposedly this sound is more organic and live-feeling the backing vocals are so hard to hear on SOS?? I love their harmonies and expect richer sounding backing tracks, not muddier ones.
I am just enjoying that despite the softer sound we are still getting essentially rock music with Bulletproof, Butter Flutter, SOS.
