Just for occasions like this, let me remind you of the handy "guide to every note Andrea sings" I compiled a while back:

C#5 is between "beLIEving in a dream" from QoH and "BRING on the night". You can see that Andrea used to be able to reach a few notes higher than that, but she may not be able to hit those highest notes now. In Live Before I Die she hits C5 a couple times ("Where NOTHing's real / And NOTHing's sad"), and that sounds like she's near the top of her range. She does seem to be able to reach D5 ("BRING on the night") in live gigs, although that seems to take some effort.
On the other hand, she still has that warm and effortless quality in her lower register, evident in songs like Dear Life.
