I really like a prominent bass drum sound too! I'll take on board your ideas when I try to do a more serious mix. (Though I only have basic mixing skills!). Are there any good websites which offer tips/ideas for mixing?
Another cover in the future could be a possibility! I nominate BallerinaTay to sing lead in the next one; she has a much better voice than me. (I really wanted to sing Harmony though so I'm happy, but am planning to redo my lead vocal).
This one took some time to work through teething problems, getting it altogether, but we eventually got a system worked out!
