These were pointing straight at us at the front which made it quite hard to get good photos or videos at times. You can see this clearly in a lot of the videos of the gig on YouTube posted by people in the first few rows such as my one of Butter Flutter. I’m not sure if this was a deliberate policy to try to make it harder for people to get videos on their phones or just a result of the layout at the Albert Hall with such a high roof making it difficult to position lights in front of the stage.
I certainly can’t remember recent occasions when the band have changed outfits during a gig but this one was unusual in having an interval in the middle of the concert. I can remember them regularly changing outfits on the Talk on Corners tour with Andrea wearing a tiny purple backless top for most of the gig and then changing into a shiny gold one for the encore.
