I remember reading somewhere that Sharon stayed with Mitchell and Vonda when Mitchell was producing The Same Sun.
I agree, dave, that Sharon probably asked her siblings if they'd be interested in touring, and for whatever reason the answer was no, so she decided to go out on her own.
I wonder if she and Vonda will be sharing a band. It's kind of an odd combination in that Vonda is better known in the US than in the UK, and vice-versa for Sharon.
