Here's something I've wondered about for a while: The opening guitar riff of Summer Sunshine sounds similar to the melody of another famous song about summer, "Summer Nights" from the musical "Grease":

Was the opening of Summer Sunshine an intentional homage to this song? I'm guessing it must be. Did the band ever mention this in interviews?
