My commitment is to do what I can, but as a proper beginner, well, we'll see.
I might also try to rope Erica into doing something as she's always had an interest in playing music, though she's never really stuck at it much. We do have a house full of random instruments collected over the years from guitars, to whistles, a sax, a clarinet, bodhrans etc. Being able to play them (and indeed record them), well that's a whole other story..
Thus far I've dusted my bass off and almost figured out how my tuner works ;)
