I'm looking at the sheet music for Radio... the verses are in B of some sort, and the chorus is in E, so this is neither a parallel or relative major/minor modulation. Going from B to E is a rise of a fourth, which (as I'm sure you know, Wendy) is one of the most common key changes in pop music, and is actually the same keys as the verse/chorus of Breathless.

From playing along to Radio, it sounds to me like the verses follow the scale B C# D E F# G# A B. This is a B dorian mode (I had to look that up -- I certainly don't know the modes off the top of my head), so the verse is actually modal rather than being in either a minor or major key. Just to confirm this, the sheet music shows the verse (the entire song, actually) as being in 4 sharps, but the D's in the verse have natural signs, so that's consistent with what I was getting by ear, although I think that's a weird way to notate it.

So I think there's some other Corrs song that has a parallel major/minor modulation, but I still can't remember which one it is. I think I wrote a post about it a long time ago, but I don't think there's any easy way to search for it in the board archives.
