Good question... I´d love to get myself a copy too, but I´m afraid it won´t be that easy... I think it was a promo release - correct me if I´m wrong - so there are probably not many people who have the actual physical copy of the DVD... I remember I saw one on Ebay about a year ago, but the price was totally insane so I didn´t care. Too bad that the one you had was stolen as it seems to be a pretty rare thing
