There are many elements to making music, not least of all finance. If their record company weren’t willing to bank role release in some countries, or touring, why would they do it?
Sharon’s recent tour with Vonda Shepherd, and more so her previous solo tours seemed to be more about giving something back to the fans than financial gain or promotion given the venue size and ticket prices for example.
