I don't know if the Late Late Show is advertising this, or if it's just something that a fan is saying. But if the show is promoting her appearance by saying that she will discuss the prospects for a 2020 tour, then the answer must be yes, right? I'm assuming the show has been recorded in advance, or at least that the staff have briefed her on what the host is going to ask her. If they're going to ask her about a tour, and she's going to say no, they wouldn't use that to promote the show, would they? That would be pretty anticlimactic. But maybe I'm overthinking it.
