hotels, beaches etc in the area for famous folk. If they get photos, they will then have contacts via agencies to sell their photos.
These will either be bought, or not, based on the quality / clarity etc. and more will be paid for those more in the limelight.
Then throw together a 10 minute story, likely copy / pasting from (assuming they don't have a content management system that allows them to auto insert a bio based on the person in the photos, and given the way these sites create an interconnected web of links, I'm sure they do) and cover a page in adverts. Quantity not quality of course, more click, the money just keeps on rolling in.
Who cares about invasion of privacy, and sexualising women for profit etc. She's famous, she deserves it, right?
