...and now she's put out this album of really pretty folk songs, so it's quite a leap! Some of the folk songs on it are a little edgier though, so it's a nice mix. It took me a few listens to get into the album as my ears weren't used to the Scandinavian melodies, but now I'm really enjoying it. The recording itself sounds quite modern and fresh, even though some of the songs are very old.
Did you used to listen to music on your way to work? I guess a lot of people don't get as much listening time in now that they're working from home.
How is your city doing in terms of Covid-19? Things are slowly opening up here, although my state's borders are still closed. There has been an increase in cases in southern states though, ever since some of the restrictions were loosened.
