The entire program is worth watching. I didn’t enjoy everyone but the performances are all
interesting.
That orchestra is quite good.

As usual Andrea is wonderful at phrasing. I don’t know how much is intuitive and how much
“planned”?
Don’t know if anyone noticed but toward the end of the song she drops a short vocal line into a
lower register. Very brief moment but it is IMOP a stunning use of her voice in service of the
music. She also adds a touch of blues to her vocal at times and she makes slight changes as she sings
choruses not repeating herself. Always interesting to listen to her sing. Her performances are often loaded
with subtleties.
