The night it came out, I accidentally woke around 4am so I decided to listen to the whole thing in my half-asleep state.
At the time I liked it, but weirdly I haven't been able to get into it since.
The songs are solid but I think I find them too predictable and the lyrics feel a bit clichéd.
Also, I'm picky about lyric setting and some of the phrasing felt clunky.
Maybe I'm just craving more eccentric music at the moment!
I'm surprised at my reaction and don't want it to hinder anyone else's enjoyment of the album!
