Another piece of the puzzle in place.
Guzman are delightful artists and their selection by the art directors at Atlantic was a stroke of genius.
As noted there was a lot of money behind launching this band. The quality of the recording and the presentation of the Corrs via this superb photography is evident.
I personally find the photos very atypical of this genre. They are not place specific. I suspect the easy way out would be shoot the band in Irish locations.
This would invariably be an uninteresting redundancy. Instead these photos are not place specific which as Guzman note, allows the viewer to use their imagination. The band is not anchored to time and place and they are the focus in interesting landscapes.
As noted…timeless. All the shots are not dated and still resonate.
