I just got excited to see one of my favourite Scandinavian folk musicians called Myrkur, playing along to The Corrs' version of Erin Shore on Instagram:

If you haven't heard of her, she put out an album in the last few years called 'Folkesange', which was a contemporary take on both traditional Scandinavian folk songs - and original songs she wrote that were inspired by the form. It's a beautiful album.
