I really love this song. I haven't heard that FM song before. I only know the Rumours album because The Corrs mentionned it (recommended, fantastic album from start to finish). I listened to the original too, it's so great ! Loved the aesthetics of the original's video too, Lindsey Buckingham shines in this one, as well as Christie McVie of course. The Corrs version made me think of something straight from their TOC era. I listened to it all morning. I found it very close to the original yet very corrish. Such a perfect song.
Can't wait to hear the next covers.
Also, Caroline was credited as playing the cornetto in the youtube "liner notes" so to speak. I'm not sure how reliable these are (it's mentioned they are "automatically generated" whatever that means). It was surprising and a bit random.
Last thought : sounds like Coldplay borrowed a few seconds from the opening melody from Little Lies for the opening melody on synth of their hit song "Paradise" lol. They sound eerily similar, a few of the exact same notes are being played iirc.
