unless you are ready to skim through hundred of archives interviews and The Corrs are willing to say more on the actual process. I noticed that, especially at their beginning, they always presented a united front and insisted everyone contributed equally to the writing - which is hardly ever the case with bands in general. But the Corrs are a bit of a special case in that they all play piano and all have a propensity to write and compose.
In the later years, circa IB/BH, the Corrs would make more clear who had written the bulk of each song. Eg, we know that Sharon wrote Long Night, that Andrea wrote No More Cry, that Caroline and Andrea wrote somebody for someone together, that Caroline started Runaway and Would You Be Happier on the piano, that Caroline wrote Miracle, that Sharon and Caroline wrote Rebel Heart together etc. Andrea gave a bit of insights on how their writing session went in their very early days in "Jim's bedroom studio".
You can also look at liners notes (though they'd generally just mentioned "The Corrs"), or also look here :

As Simon says, it is very tricky to untangle who exactly did what on each song. The skills of each member are just interwoven in each song anyway.
Were you thinking of a specific song ?
