That makes sense, then, that Dave might find the European venues less expensive overall by comparison with those in the UK.
I hope you will enjoy your concert in August. Taylor Swift most certainly has the star-making machinery and all the "hoopla" working in her favour. It would be an expensive proposition indeed to follow Taylor's tour there in the UK. I recall one of our Corrs community - whom I haven't heard from in a while - Katia, a dentist from Brazil - being a huge Paramore fan as well.
