My answer: I DON'T KNOW!
I do believe, however, that the chances of a new album are better than what I once thought they were back in those long years between Home and White Light. I know Sharon, for her part, in several interviews has avowed her love of songwriting as a lifelong passion, and this could mean another Corrs album or solo work. The fact that they have been doing some touring again recently is another positive sign that they still enjoy making music together. If a desire to make money should enter into consideration, then I am not against it! They deserve a profit, because a lot of work and effort are involved both in recording and touring.
I suppose each avid Corrs fan has learned to cope with the band's "hiatus years" in his or her own way. For me, the best approach has been to stop expecting anything... to relax, go with the flow, and enjoy the music that they have made. Then, if the release of a new album is announced, I will be grateful for it and excited about it.
