The UK government have warnings, or at least advisory notices on UK residents travelling to the US, I think other European countries feel similar.
I think it's more likely to see them in South America than the US, though Europe is still fairly untapped, they haven't played in France, Italy, the Netherlands for many years.
More of South East Asia might well happen too.
On top of all of that, we know they are writing and recording, they never really do this very quickly.
I'm starting to think Jerez is simply an invitation to play that they didn't want to turn down, rather than the start of a Mini tour.
