Rick T. since you're in the Chicago area, I was wondering if you've ever seen/heard Xoe Wise or Matt Ryd? They just played L.A. and I caught them at Room 5. Liked them both and they both have a nice streak of quirky humor going for them. I ended up talking to Xoe who was quite charming. She knew a lot of west coast indie singers and musicians that I know so for once wasn't as tongue tied talking as I normally am.
