I think she is saying that she has found someone that she is so in love with, that she cannot live without, but they don't know how she feels, or maybe they don't feel the same way.
She is so caught up in being in love, and so can't live without him that she has to as forgotten how to live without him and is asking how she gets back to being able to be alone.
Maybe not ;)
