Joe is a fine musician and even better composer, but seeing him live a couple of times, I always wished he would have taken some (more) singing lessons.
Though his fragile voice certainly has its charme, and was kind of his trademark, I always felt he wasn´t born a natural singer. On two concerts I saw him wrecking his voice up to the point that he couldn´t sing any longer after only half an hour.
How´s your experience in this regard, Steve?
