a couple of days prior to this post of yours I'd already ordered the CD from their official site. Oh well. Although it was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive (as you know), it'll be really nice to have the entire package. I'm really looking forward to hearing it!

Christina Perri has a new X-mas CD out that's very good. I like it very much. You can hear samples on this mp3 page on amazon. It's available on CD, too, but there aren't any links to audio samples on the page offering the CD. Christina seems to almost channel Karen Carpenter in her rendition of "Merry Christmas, Darling". Michelle Branch also makes an appearance on the disc, contributing her voice to background vocals on one track.
