Saba, a singer I know in San Diego has redone one of her older songs, "For Dean." It's quite a different version from the way she's done the song in the past. A bit slower and with some extra instrumentation. Daniel Crawford who at one time was her guitarist has been trying out the production end of it and doing quite well. He also plays in several San Diego bands like Blackout Party, Emersen and sometimes plays guitar for Curtis Peoples.
