Agree with Steverino that this could be excellent film music -- it's very evocative. It could also work as figure skating music (I'm a big skating fan).
What song is this? Just guessing from the chord progression, it could be U2's With or Without You or Taylor Swift's Love Story? It reminded me a bit of this:
