Any fans of the Scottish band Camera Obscura might want to check out a free webcast from Amoeba Music in Hollywood on June 17, 2013. The show starts at 6 pm PDT. Amoeba is a large indie record store that started in the Bay Area of California. Now that Tower and Virgin have gone belly up stateside, they are the only large shop here in Los Angeles. http://www.amoeba.com/live-shows/upcoming/detail-2625/index.html It's a pretty good store, so some of you might want to check out the website. If any of you are Doors fans they have a limited number copies of John Densmore's book signed by him. They had a book signing by him recently. They also have video of some famous and not so famous artists who have performed at their stores you can watch too.
