I was hoping you'd like him. I had never heard of him, but I did enjoy his performance. When I went to Lestats, i mainly went to hear Kris Angelis. Leroy was on before her and after he finished his set, he said he was selling his EP and album CD. Seeing as I bought some of the first guy's music I thought I'd buy Leroy's stuff too. Trouble was as it was getting late and Kris was only using her acoustic guitar and her sister Alix was doing harmonies on another mike, the guy running the show started them up almost immediately. Meanwhile, Leroy who was a bit unfamiliar with the U.S. currency was fumbling around in the dim lights. He asked me if he gave me the right change and I said something like, "that's fine...thank you." I missed nearly all of Kris' first number by the time I got back to my seat.
