"Dawning of the Day" (which sounds to me to be the same tune that I know as "Raglan Road" but the tune actually is called "The Dawning of the Day" or Fáinne Geal an Lae and goes back to at least 1847). She re-wrote the lyrics to honor of the fallen firefighters and other heros of the 9/11 attacks. Mary's version was sung by Irish tenor Ronan Tynan during a re-dedication of 7 World Trade Center and appeared in a 2002 film, The Guys.
