I know you must have a lot going on these days!
As far as I know, the station doesn't archive their shows for later listening, but I'm not certain. I think that the show is proud about being live radio and having the DJ respond to listeners as the show progresses and fitting in some requests. Personally, I think it would be good to have the shows archived. As for the calendar, it does look a little sparse, but they only have the one month trial period at this point, and it's all volunteer work right now.
On a different topic, did you ever get a answer to your question about flour? I read your questions; it does sound very confusing.
