WYSIWYG = "what you see is what you get"
I'll try to make up for it by taking you into secluded dimension of early Bertolf recordings made just for fun over ten years ago with his buddies. Hardly anyone knows of these, but originally they were at the MySpace profile of this experimental group they simply called 'The We'.
Where Are the Stars That Shine (complete fun and I hear what sound like nods to Queen)
Matter of Time (melodious pop song with a McCartney-like intro)
Nina (remember, they were very young men at the time)
The Way I Love You Now (a later version of this song made it onto his first album For Life)
Stay (sounds to be inspired by Stevie Wonder and features a splendid guitar solo)
I Stood Up (includes fascinating solo on the dobro - I think it's heard here as an unfinished song)
Too Late Time Now (the story behind this is that the title was yelled out an apartment window to them when they were outside late playing music on a summer night)
Going Down (a 50's doo-wop style song that clearly gets away from them... to humorous effect)
My Girl
There you have it! Some very rare music uncovered. Hopefully the embeds will work. I tried to make them shorter in height.
