I've now downloaded Windows 10 three times after being prompted to do so by Microsoft - its taken hours ! My present operating system is Windows 8.1 and I'm entitled to the free upgrade. The hours of downloading was followed by a window caption 'installing Windows 10' - but it doesn't seem to have 'installed' - how do I install it ?
