I hear the Beatles influence that you mention. The two original songs remind me a bit of early 1970's solo songs by Paul McCartney or George Harrison. They would not sound out of place on Abbey Road.
I also enjoyed the Beatles covers, especially seeing the string and harp arrangement on She's Leaving Home.
Steverino, I think it was you who posted some songs by another Dutch singer a while ago who also did Beatles covers. What was his name? He had a cover version of "The Blower's Daughter" that I still listen to.
