...my memory fails me and I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to. However, I'm fairly certain that, at some time in the past, I've posted some Beatles covers by Dutch singer/songwriter Bertolf Lentink, who is a known big fan of the Beatles and had a Beatles cover band of his own called Her Majesty. That band Her Majesty later re-emerged for a successful run at covering the music of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, and Diederik Nomden was one of the members of this incarnation of Her Majesty (https://youtu.be/DVUeP6Kc5pM). By the way, Bertolf Lentink recently paired with a group called Tangarine to perform "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" on live television (see https://youtu.be/w8_2SQNu6gs).

Bertolf Lentink was a part of a Dutch musical project called Lorrainville which, here featuring Anneke van Giersbergen and Casper Adrien, covered Damien Rice's "The Blower's Daughter" (see https://youtu.be/8w8zV68uFXA). Anneke van Giersbergen also sang a beautiful song called "New Love" that was contributed by Bertolf Lentink to Lorrainville's second studio album (https://youtu.be/RQ_cCmGewOc).

I'm far from certain that this answers your question, but further regarding Diederik Nomden, one of my favourite songs from his 2019 album Wingman Returns album is this song.

You Still Turn Me On

During their time together covering the Beatles, The Analogues have felt inspired to accompany their work with an album of their own original songs under the name of The Analogues Sideshow. That album was just released this month and features this "Gerry Rafferty-esque" song, written and sung by Diederik Nomden:

Nothing Can Hurt Me Today

The Analogues - She Came in Through the Bathroom Window/Golden Slumbers

And, for anyone who has gotten this far in reading this post, there's a video that features the story of Diederik Nomden's journeyman musical career that led to his involvement with The Analogues:

Everybody's got something to hide, except DIEDERIK NOMDEN
