Tori Holub has a lovely voice. I don't know if she is consciously trying to imitate Karen Carpenter, or if that's just how she sings, but if I were not listening carefully, I would easily have mistaken this version for the original. I'll have to go back and listen to the other songs of hers you posted on this thread. Right now I'm listening to Yesterday Once More, which is also terrific. (I believe this song is a favorite of Richard Carpenter's since he wrote the music.)
The arrangement of For All We Know is also spot on. (It's a nice touch that he plays a Wurlitzer electric piano, which I believe Richard also played.) Many people can play keyboards and bass/guitar, but I'm very impressed that James Wilkas can play those instruments plus oboe and French horn -- you don't see that so often.
Their version of We've Only Just Begun is exquisite, too. Thanks for posting, Steve!
